Do you live in the city, country or suburbs? If you could live anywhere, where would you want to live?

We live in the country on 5 acres and I love it. We are just outside of the city so it only takes a few minutes to drive into the city but it is so nice and peaceful where we live. I don't think I would want to live anywhere other than where we live right now. We looked for our current home for several years before finding exactly what we wanted.

Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy

We live in the burbs, not very close to any cities...Wilmington, DE is not a city to me...lol! And besides, it is about 30-45 min away. I used to live right outside of DC, I do NOT miss it! I like the burbs, you have neighbors, but not too many...I like living in a neighborhood (most of the time) where my kids will be able to go out and play with friends and I don't have to drive them...lol! However, I do not want to live in a big city, not a city person, I love to visit big cities and see the sites, etc, but do not want anything to do with living in one

I live in the burbs too. I live about 30 minutes outside of Houston so that is a pretty big city and I don't enjoy going there because of the traffic and terrible parking.

I love my little neighborhood, live on a cul de sac street with tons of kids on our street, the school is in our neighborhood too. All stores are within 5-10 minutes so that is nice too on the weekends, I can stay in my little bubble of a world if I want to.

We live on the outskirts of a small city in Western NY. We have a split-level house on an acre and back up to the woods. We're sort of in between two worlds - nothing but uninterrupted forest in one direction, but Home Depot is only 5 minutes away in the other direction.

We have deer, bear, and turkey in our backyard on a regular basis. I love the fact that my kids can play outside and in nature!

I live in a small city/large town. I guess we have been sort of incorporated into the larger region nowadays (SF Bay Area/Silicon Valley) but it is still a funky beach town mainly. Not suburbia. We have a small midcentury ranch style house, a pretty big empty backyard, and there is a playground across the street. We also can walk to several stores, restaurants, the ocean, and my parents' house I love where we live!
