LO was stubborn and refused to go head down by herself. I went in yesterday for the external version. I'd never recommend it to anyone. About 1/2 way through, I was begging for the csection however my OB ignored me and continued since he knew how dead set against them I was. She finally went head down on the 4th attempt.

I was hoping to be induced that day but now I'm glad I didn't. My stomach muscles feel like I've had the flu for a week. I can't imagine pushing a baby out right now. OB thinks LO has majorly slow down in weight gain and we are only looking at a 8lber so he won't induce until late next week. (I think he's wrong but...)..

I'm praying she doesn't flip back during the next week or my body realizes that prodromal labor is useless and does something about it while she is head down. On day 6 of this and it's getting OLD quickly. Ob asked me yesterday if I wanted to have a cervical check and I declined. No use getting my hopes up or down. Hopefully my tummy will feel better tonight and I can go for a few LONG walks and stair climbs to get these more regular and consistent.

I hope your belly starts feeling better soon. Atleast it worked and baby is now head down and hopefully she will stay that way. You are getting so close. Won't be long now.

Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy

I'm so glad that baby turned head down, but sorry that it was so hard on you. Hoping that baby stays head down and your body goes into labor soon!

Yikes, hoping she stays head down too! My OB gave me the option of doing this with Chelsea but I decided against it because I was afraid of causing her any distress/injury.

About a week later I had a c-section.

I'm glad that it at least worked... I've heard that those versions are just awful.

Here's hoping that she stays in position until she's ready to make an appearance!
