Does anybody know if you can eat eggs with a runny yolk while pregnant? I would think no but I forgot to ask my dr this morning. I've been craving eggs and toast and I love the yolks runny!

Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy

It is recommended to eat eggs fully cooked while pregnant.

That said, runny eggs are a food poisoning concern, not a specific pregnancy concern, and I eat mine runny sometimes.

I guess like all the food recommendations, we all just make our own choices

Yup that's one of those things that (like meat) if I knew where the egg came from and that it was fresh I'd have no problem eating it underdone...
