I was weeding my herbs on Saturday and didn't think much of it. I felt some tugging deep on my lower left groin muscle and I eased up on the pulling. I had my 7yr old pull the weeds for me. I moved on to the easier weeds.

Sunday morning I was in agony. My left side of my groin and abdomen hurt so badly. I was so worried I had hurt the baby. It was only on one side, and it felt like a bruise. I put a warm compress right on the joint and it felt better but later in the day it flared up again after alot of walking and bending.

This morning it felt better but I'm at work so I'm just sitting. I hate worrying so much but I can't help it. I feel like I should be on bed rest until 26 weeks so I don't do any more damage.

I wouldn't worry about that hurting the baby, but OUCHY!!! No more pulling weeds for you mama. Take it easy (easier said than done). It's weird how fragile our bodies are when pregnant. If I get down on my knees to get a pot/pan out of the back of our cabinets sometimes I feel like I can't get up at all. Makes me feel like an old lady

Oh that hurts I know. I don't think that would hurt the baby. When I was pregnant with my first I took a pretty hard tumble down some stairs and it didn't hurt him at all. My dr said your uterus is a big muscle that protects the baby so what hurts mommy doesn't hurt baby.

I'm glad that you are feeling better. Just take it easy. I hate all the worry that comes with a pregnancy after loss.

Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy

Ouchie! I hope you're feeling better now. It sucks how every little pain brings instant worry for us PAL mommies.
