I have a standing desk (I work at home) and I stand sometimes 6+ hours at my desk while I work. Lately, I'm getting tired and I grab my computer and I sit down with it.

Should I be limiting my stand up time?

Anyone else at a standing desk?

I don't have a standing desk. I don't think I could stand all day long even when I'm not pregnant..lol. 6 plus hours seems a bit much when your pregnant but you might want to check with your dr and see what he says. I know it is definitely better than standing all day but not sure how much is too much.

Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy

I'm on my feet five plus hours a day with this job. I'm trying to find creative ways to add a few minutes of sitting time in but it gets hard. I'm also finding it very, very tiring! My hips and bones ache at the end of the day. And I've never been bothered by standing. In fact this is the least physical job I've ever had!

I say sit when you can or try to add some more sitting time in. It isn't fun to be uncomfortable!
