For Pregnant Ladies: Do you plan on getting a baby bath tub for your baby?

For Moms: did you buy a baby bath tub? Do you think it is a must have for new moms?

I bought one when I was pregnant with Jackson and we used it for him and then for Jacob and now we are going to use it for this one. I usually bathe the babies in the baby tub until they start splashing and making a mess and when they can sit up in the regular bath tub. For me it was a must have.

Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy

I had one for my daughter, like you, I used it until she started getting bigger and making a mess with the water, then we just put her in the tub. I loved it, especially when she was new since it had the little sling thing in it so she wasn't submerged in the water.

I wasn't planning on it. I plan to put baby in a baby seat in bathroom while I take shower. Then when I'm done, undress baby and hose him/her under the shower. Then we both dry off but... We'll see what happens with baby's temprement!
I'm hoping to have minimal baby items. We live in a tiny place.

If we're still living in this current apartment, then yes for sure. The tub has a weird slow drain.

I probably won't buy one at first unless I feel like I need it later, or someone just gives me one.

Yes I have one that looks just like the one in the picture, except the sling part has little fish or some kind of critters on it.
