Hi ladies. Now that DS is a little older, family is asking about the "next one". A few nights ago I had a dream I was pregnant again. I bought maybe it was a sign. Then last night I had a nightmare that I had a mc. It was vivid. Felt the sensations down there and saw everything. In the dream I didn't know I was preg. So sad. My emotional state this morning is definitely affected.

Oh I'm so sorry! PAL sucks, even after we have our Rainbow. Whatever you decide, just remember that dreams are a manifestation of our fears/thoughts and NOT a portent of the future.

Try walking / exercising or another activity to get your mind off of it. I know what you mean though, it stays with you. Try shaking it off so you can feel better.

I'm sorry! Dreams can be so unsettling and emotional. ITA with Leia- they're just our brains working through thoughts and fears. They don't actually have any power.

I hope you feel better soon.

So sorry about your nightmare. I remember having those when I was pregnant with Jacob. So scary. I hate PAL and wish we never had to experience it.

Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy

Hugs. I don't have any advice except to try to shake it off and get your mind on something else - I hate vivid bad dreams.

I'm sorry you had a nightmare about m/c. That must have been really hard. Some dreams just seem so real and are really hard to shake off.
I have been nervous about getting pregnant again ever since Kody came along (we are done with babies!), and every now and then I'll have dreams about being pregnant. So far, they haven't come true, so I tend to agree with the other ladies, that dreams reflect what our subconscious is mulling over during the day. So long as you're comfortable in your choice about birth control I wouldn't worry about it. Sometimes it can help to journal about dreams though, I have found that can help me process what I was feeling in the dream. I've noticed that usually it's what emotions I'm going through during the dream that are the most important, not the actual dream circumstances. Usually I can connect the emotions to what I'm feeling in my awake times, or something subconscious.
