What did you do to combat the pregnancy fatigue? Because today, I'm struggling. All I want to do is sleep. And I'm only 4 weeks. Most people are just starting to think about testing!

Ugh so sleepy

I didn't really find anything that worked other than more and more caffeine. I avoided it during the first trimester though so it was hard. I recall laughing when I would read that eating an apple was as good as a cup of coffee (or something like that). It was like, whoever wrote that has never been pregnant! Do you have any chances to nap?

I try to nap, but Mike gets all weird and makes me feel bad if I lay down when Colton does.... So I haven't been.

Yeah napping was the only thing that helped. Don't listen to Mike, if you're tired and C is napping go ahead and nap too. You'll need the extra rest. And congrats.

Thanks! I do have a lot that needs to be done instead of napping... But jeez growing a baby makes you sleepy! I guess I already forgot just how sleepy. ;-)

Honestly NOTHING helped lol. I am finally getting some energy back but I still feel drained. The doctor said when your tired and can sleep.

Sometimes the herbal tea can help me to fight the fatigue. But in most cases I just go to sleep.
