When I first became a JM member I went straight to my DDC and I 've been there ever since. I noticed the Pregnant after m/c board so I thought I should check it out. My last pg ended in a m/c. I am now almost 14 weeks along and things seem to be going much better this time. This will be our first child. I am 24 years old. I never really knew about this board or trust me I would have been here sooner. It is nice to be able to talk to moms that have been through similar pregnancy experiences.

My miscarriage had to be one of the wierdest ever! At about 7 weeks is when I had a small amount of pinkish/ brownish discharge. Never any blood. At my 12 week ultrasound the baby was not alive. I had carried it for 5 weeks with no idea that I had already miscarried. I had cramping throughout the first 7 weeks but just thought it was baby implanting. After the u/s and the devastating news I had a D/C and waited 3 months to concieve on our first try in Feb. (one good thing - fertility hasn't been a problem for us)!

I think I am most of all nervous of m/c again because of the way I miscarried last time with really no signs. Anybody else miscarry this way!

I guess mine was similar. My baby stopped growing somewhere after my 13 week appt. I did not find out until my 17week appt when the dr could not find a heartbeat. we were devastated. I am now almost 23 weeks pg with our first son and I am starting to finally let my guard down some. It took us 7 months to concieve again and we usually did not have any trouble with that either. Congrats on your pregnancy and welcome to this board. Please post any time.
