I will be 4 weeks tomorrow. So far I have not been experencing any breast tenderness, or really any pregmamcy symptoms besides high BBT. Should I be concern?

I didn't get pg symptoms until 6 weeks or so. I wouldn't worry about not having sore breasts yet.

I didn't get sore bbs until 5-6 weeks and then doc put me on progesterone as a precaution which REALLY made them sore. I did have other symptoms from 3-5 weeks, though: trips to the restroom every 15 minutes or so, a huge appetite, craving naps at least twice a day, and going to bed about 8:30.

If you're still concerned, it might be a good idea to ask doc for a blood test to check your hcg and progesterone levels. If your progesterone is low, then the earlier they start supplements the better.
