Prime Rib steak with roasted potatoes, corn, salad, baked tomatoes, broccoli, and home made apple pie for dessert (with real whipped cream of course).

Erin, you can eat all that???? WOW!! I think a meal like that would take me all day!

OK Erin, I'm officially starving now! That sounds great!!

I'm not on over the weekends, so a little late on this post. Last thing I ate was a whole wheat waffle with peanut butter and low sugar jam (gee the GD diet is fun! ).
