Since I carried the last baby for 12 weeks do you think I will start showing a little sooner than if I'd never been pregnant? What were your experiences with this?

a lot depends on your skin elasticity. I have very poor skin elasticity and since having my 1st child I show sooner and sooner each time. A gal I know has fantastic skin elasticity, has zero stretch marks, is 20 weeks pregnant and only just now showing even though this is her second.

I had a miscarriage at 16 weeks and got pregnant after one cycle and still didn't show until about 24 weeks. Everyone says I am still small. No one believes I am 9 months pregnant.

thanks Duckie for my siggie

I am not too sure whether or not the gestation you were at a previous pregnancy loss can effect how quickly you show in your next pregnancy. *Personally* I don't think a 1st, or early 2nd trimester loss would have much effect, but then I'm no doctor, and am just guessing!!!!!

As has been said, a lot has to do with your skin elasticity etc. I had two 1st trimester losses before my pregnancy with Gaby, and I didn't start showing properly until 26 weeks - but i'm a fatty anyway, so that is probably why!!!!

I had 3 1st trimesterlosses prior to having Mak and I started to show at 15wks, popped out at 18wks and was wearing maternity pants at 11wks. I have 2 fibriods and they pushed my uterus out sooner than normal.

I didn't show earlier since the farthest I made it was 9 weeks but I would say I got bigger in the beginning faster then the first time.
Thank you Jaidynsmum for the beautiful siggy

i found i did show sooner. i had one 16 week m/c then got pg about 6 months later. i think i showed a little bit quicker, but i already had a child before. now my last m/c was at 12 wks and i got pg a month later. i definitely showed sooner with that one. however, although i might have started showing earlier, i didn't con't to be "bigger" my whole pg. just in the begining. KWIM?
anyhoo, that was just my experience. everyone is different. i pray you have a safe and healthy pg!
Thank you Jaidynsmum for my awesome siggy!

When I was pregnant with Ashlyn (I had previously m/c at 11 weeks) I started showing at about 5 months so I don't know if that is early or not, but that's when I started to show.
