what healthy recipes , food or snacks do you eat ? share the goodness!

Celery with Peanut butter
Carrots with FF ranch
take light/FF yogurt and put spoon in it.. Then Freeze.. The kids will love this one!

Banana dip in yogurt and roll in granola, Freeze...

we eat Brown rice , whole grain pasta, and whole grain/multi grain bread..

oh forgot to add..

For that sweet tooth

Cut up fruit and mix in FF whip topping! hmm yummy too!

Brown rice instead of fried... Or plain white rice with no adds.

Grilled or baked chicken breast instead of fried, take away the skins!

colorful veggies! raw carrots with a vinegarette dip.

Steam your veggies don't boil them.... =)

laughing cow extra light cheese. its 20 calories per triangle and they are just so versitile. I make a big pot of veg soup, and throw 3 in to make the soup nice and creamy. or spread it on a bagel with some turkey bacon, lettuce and tomato for a really low cal BLT, put the whole triangle on top of some homemade burgers for a tasty cheese burger! mix with herbs and garlic and use as a stuffing for chicken breasts. or just on its own as a quick bite.
Its defintiely my top tip!

I generally try to follow Michael Pollan's food rules, they're easy: eat (real) food, not too much, mostly plants.
