Breakfast- coffee; corn pancake (whole grain) w/ real maple syrup; prego tea
Snack- almonds and mixed dried berries; Vitamin Water Zero
Lunch- one peanut butter/banana sandwich

Water- 2/3 gallon

Exercise- 2-mile walk and stretch, 47 minutes

Breakfast- 2 weetabix, handful raspberries, banana, tea with skimmed milk
Snack- none
Lunch- Ham, wholewheat bread, lettuce, red pepper sandwich, tea w/skimmed milk
Snack- Half a granola bar
Dinner- Homemade pizza and salad

Water- 1.5 litres

Exercise- 40 mins football, 20 min walk on the beach
