Where has everybody been? I'm starting to feel like I have my own personal forum here.

Check-in... what diet plan are you using (if any) and how is it going?

Plan out your exercise for this week... how did you do last week?

I'm sorry Jen, this last week was stupid busy... Hopefully I can get back into the swing of things...

My diet plan is simple, cheat a little and continue to watch my portion sizes, lots of water and some walking.

This week, I'm hoping to do some more EA Active, and more walking...

I am doing decent. I have no scale so I can't be sure of weight loss but a few tops are feeling big!

Diet plan- portion control is going okay. I am doing good at limiting snacks in the evening and choosing healthy options for snacks during the day. I need to stop being a clean plater and pay more attention to my body cues at meal times though. Also, need to focus more on water. Some days it is after noon before I realize I have had nothing.

Exercise- I am mostly just trying to be more active with the kids. I have been doing a "dance party" with them in the afternoons and that is a great way for me to work up a sweat.
