I have been tracking my water intake and boy am I bad! I have not been drinking nearly enough! To make things easier I am drinking out of a cup (from the hospital) that has the ounces on the side so I know one cup full is a little more than 2 cups. I am going to start trying really had to drink several of these a day.

I never could drink a lot of water until we moved here. Our well-water is so good! Chlorinated water can (IMO) do almost as much harm as good; I won't drink it. I have a gallon water jug that I refill every morning, and I usually drink almost all of it. I carry it with me everywhere.

When I was first "training" myself to drink more water I would make sure to take a big drink (at least 8oz or as much as I could hold) every time I went to the bathroom. When you first increase your water intake, you will be going pee a lot more, which will encourage you to drink a lot more. Your body adjusts after only a few days.
