What are your goals for September?
How did you do on your August goals?

For September I'd like to loose another 5 pounds. starting weight- 182 .

For August my goal was to lose 5 pounds, but I don't even remember what I started the month at . I actually did decent overall though. And I do think I lost the 5 I wanted. I knew August would be a bad/busy month, and it was.

I have to keep remembering that my cousins wedding is in 3 months! Must lose my baby fat!!!!
Whitney... mommy to three crazy boys.

Forever remembering your smiling face.

August went really well for me. I only lost 2 pounds, but lost 4.4% body fat so I'm happy.

Sept. goals- exercise at least 45 min. at least 5 days/week, mixing cardio, strength training and yoga. continue logging food and exercise daily at MFP. DO NOT DRINK SODA.

September... Hmmm....

Continue on my portions control! Start walking, now that Belle is in school during the day... (how weird it feels to say that!)... and to keep at the water drinking!

I came pretty close. I wanted to break into the 150s, and I got to 160. I also wasn't making enough of an effort with all of the craziness.

My goal is to get back on some sort of schedule, working out at least every other day. And get on a meal plan, since I get my food stamps back this month. I want to get closer to 150 than 160 this month.
