I went for an easy run today, didn't time it or nothing but when I got back I figured it was 4.6 miles.

Just a quick vent--DH's work schedule is not helping me at all. I am supposed to lead a running group on Wed. at 8. It's 9 and he's still not close to being home Trying to be understanding but I am a little frustrated. VENT OVER Sorry

(I know it's Tuesday, but last night he didn't get home until 8:45 so the probability of him being home tomorrow before 8 is slim)

HELP!!!! I need some BTDT advice. I noticed the other day that I am starting to get nasty saggy wight loss skin in my baby belly area. What can I do to help this? If I can't do anything that is fine by me but I'd like to maybe firm it.

Okay, I am also seeking advice on beginner running. I am really starting to feel more fit and think I'm ready to take my walk up a notch. Advice?
