Did you hear the thing about Huggies nappies not being available in stores anymore?

I have always used them with Michaela. I read about it online before Christmas and am not sure whether to stockpile some of the next few sizes. But have not seen any evidence yet that they're not going to be in the shops. Home & Bargains in our local town has some 2 packets for £10 which are £10 each in Tesco.

I dont really rate huggies to be honest. They dont seem to be as absorbent or elasticated as pampers or the asda little angels.

I've only really ever used the Huggies Pull-Ups and the Little Swimmers and even then I only ever used to buy them if they were on offer. Usually just stick with supermarket own brand stuff.

I don't rate Pampers Emma for the same reason - weird! When I've used them before (when on offer etc) I've found at least one per packet explodes or leaks - usually more.

I thought initially they were going to online only but the link Rachael's posted now suggests they're stopping making them altogether, doesn't it? Guess I will be starting to use Asda and Tesco's own instead, I might stockpile a few but there's not a lot of point doing loads because it seems like I'll have to switch at some point anyway.

I really like Asda own brand nappies and have never had any problems with them. We'll be using them with this baby.

That's true Rach.

Michaela seems to be ok with both Asda and Tesco own brand (Tesco slightly better for her) so I think I'll just switch to those.

I can recommend Aldi and Lidl own brand nappies too. I've used both and never had any leaks with them.
