Do any of you ladies take any supplements? Multi-vitamins, Omega-3, Pro-biotics, Evening Primrose Oil etc? Do you give your kids any supplements? Or do you just rely on a varied, balanced diet to get all the vitamins/minerals that you need?

Multivitamins and CoQ10, me and mum both take them.

Daniel and Michaela take a kids' multivitamin.

Shaun doesn't but there's a shot he has to have because of a particular deficiency associated with his vegetarianism.

What's CoQ10?

I give the kids a multivitamin and a probiotic. Desperately trying to build up their immunity before the winter and all the colds/sickness bugs that come with it!

I take Evening Primrose Oil, Omega-3, Vitamin D, Pro-biotic and Marshmallow Root.

I give maddison a multi vitamin with added vitamin C as she is really prone to colds she has a cold or runs a really high temperature for 48 hours literally every other week .
I take iron tablets as i always seem to have a low iron count when i dont take them
