It ROCKS! You can keep track of your caloric intake & your workout!
It is my best friend recently, since I'm counting calories!
So, if you have never used it...GO, GO, GO!!!

Mag- I'm staying between 1200-1500 calories. Because I workout daily, it gives me those calories back, which gives me 1500 vs 1200...

Thanks- I've been in such a bad mood tonight and depressed at how my 155-ishlb body isn't 110-ishlb body of all these women I see on TV, UUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH, so I needed something to motivate me =)

P.S. my bad mood has gotten DH doing the dishes tonight

I had a different App on my iPhone last year called LoseIt and it is very similar and it actually helped! I tracked all my calories (which I had never done before since I'd always done low carb) and I lost approx. 2lbs a week!

My goal this time is 1lb a week so that is TOTALLY achievable if I even put a little effort in. I'm so excited!
