CD1 was August 1st, which has made this cycle really easy to track.
Now it's the 28th and I've started spotting again. (You may remember this as the period that never ends? It finally did, three weeks after it started.)

Strangest thing is that if this spotting actually turns into full flow... it will be the second unmedicated cycle IN A ROW. That's nuts and hasn't happened in ages.

Most likely not. I'm taking a break from soy for at least one cycle. The last cycle I took it I didn't ovulate, so I think it was too much on my body. Gonna take a break and see if my cycles stay "normal" and then go from there.

I sure hope your cycles regulate and you become SURE that you are O'ing.
I hope that once your periods become regular, they are full-out regular periods so that you are also assured that your body is ridding itself of the excess lining to create the optimal environment for fertility/implantation!
