Hi everyone. I was just diagnosed with PCOS and wanted to introduce myself and connect with some other ladies out there who have this too. Hubby and I have only been trying for 8 months (first time trying) but I knew something was up so I went in to get checked out and as it turned out I was right. Dr. wants us to try a little longer before he starts prescribing anything (which I'm all for) and it's super helpful to read about all the other experiences people have had with ttc.

I wasn't diagnosed until after we started ttc #2. We got pregnant very easily with number 1 actually our first time not using protection so when we tried for over 6 months with # 2 then I started skipping periods I knew something was wrong. They never said for sure 100% but I had the mirena kid for a short period of time and they believe that caused the cyst bc I had a lot of issues with it. But my dr put me on 3 months of Metformin & birth control first month we stopped i now expecting in December!!

Yay for baby! Congrats Yeah, I had very irregular periods after going off birth control which is what tipped us off to the problem. It just makes me feel so much better knowing there are moms out there who have this and are successful conceiving-it gives me lots of hope!

Hi! I was diagnosed sep '13, but we'd been trying far before. Still ttc, but I think this is my month! Good luck with your journey! I hope it doesn't take long!
