Hey y'all!

I'm new to this so bare with me. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about a year now. I only have 1 Fallopian tube and both ovaries. I lost my left Fallopian tube back in 2013 due to the tube being torsion around my ovary. I recently got told I had PCOS about 2 months ago. I went to my OBGYN and had an ultrasound done and she saw the "ring like pearl" cysts all over both ovaries. I cramp constantly and it so uncomfortable! I'm trying to see if anyone has any success stories or even some advice struggling with PCOS and having only 1 Fallopian tube. It's a struggle when all my friends are getting pregnant and I'm not.

Thanks 😊
