Hi I am new to this and hopeing being part of this will help me along my journey. I have polycystic ovaries. I have been pregnant twice before but unfortunately miscarried this was 7 years ago and now I have decided to try again. I have pcos and don't have regular periods. I was put on metformin but decided to stop it as i felt it made my acne worse. I have also been having reflexology which has helped me to have my first proper period in 6 months! I am now waiting to be tested to see if im ovulating. Just wondering if any of you have any advice on natural ways of trying to get your body to ovulate? And how do you stay positive as I struggle some days and feel like giving up?
Thankyou
