Does anyone have any knowledge or advice concerning a preschool homeschooling program? I don't want anything too daunting...

I'm sorry, I don't. With Luke just turning 2 next month we haven't really thought that far ahead yet. Most of my friends do have kids Nathaniel's age or older and I know they do some sort of preschool but I don't really have any idea what. Make sure you let us know if you find something great!!

I've had three programs recommended to me so far:

Little Saints Little Saints - A Catholic Preschool Program
Before Five In A Row Welcome To Five In A Row
Catholic Heritage Catholic Heritage Curricula

I'm really highly interested in Little Saints, as well as supplementing my own materials as well (letter practice, simple math, etc).

I am doing homeschool preschool and going with a little bit of my own thing based on what I found out my ISD expects the kids coming into Kindergarten to know.

First I am using Before Five In a Row Curriculum. My SIL home schools and used this for her kids. It is mostly reading and doing projects and stuff from it. I just have the curriculum and will get the books from the library. From there I am going to add in numbers, letters, weather (I got some weather cut outs from the dollar store), cutting, drawing shapes, etc and then eventually get into writing because they want them to be able to write their name by 5. I am going to go to a Teacher Supply Store in the next week and paruse the stuff they have and what I want to get now.

We are going to start next week and AJ is already thrilled!

PM to see if I am available to make a siggy - decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
