Hello there,

My name is Katey and I posted on this wonderful forum back in July-August.

On August 14th I found out, via ultrasound, that by baby's heart was not beating and that the baby stopped growing at 8 weeks.

Naturally, I was very sad and heartbroken and did not return to these, or any pregnancy-related, forums.

I am writing now seeking prayers and guidance.

I just found out that I am, indeed, pregnant again, almost 6 weeks.

We got pregnant about 2 weeks after the D&C and I just had my blood tested and it came back at 27,000.

The doctor wants me to come in for an ultrasound next week.

I am petrified that the ultrasound will show the same picture it showed with the first pregnancy.

I am -trying- to stay positive but it is very hard to do so.

Thank you so much for reading.

Hope everyone here is healthy and well.
Many thanks to Mom2*Lauryn*Jacob* for my beautiful siggy.

I will be praying for you!

"Authentic love is not a vague sentiment or a blind passion. It is an inner attitude that involves the whole human person. It is looking to the other, not to use but to serve. It is rejoicing when the other rejoices and suffers when the other suffers. Love is the gift of self." JPII
