Does your Church have Donut Sunday? If you could choose any kind of treat to socialize with after Mass once a month, what would you choose?

I think I would choose Banana Split Sunday. Who's with me??

Our parish doesn't have any regular socials on Sundays. I'd be in for omelettes! Then I wouldn't have to cook Sunday brunch!

Our church has a cafe after the 11am family mass with homebaking and it's one of our biggest fund raisers! I'm all for banana split Sunday though!!

When we were kids. It was called Sharing Sunday. As that was the same Sunday they collected food and money for the parish food pantry. They would put out donuts and coffee and juice after church. They'd say it was free. But would put out a collection basket for free will offers to cover the cost of the donuts.
