I never in my wildest dreams thought that I'd ever cloth diaper. It seemed like too much work to me and that it couldn't possibly work very well.

Well, then Edward had a latex reaction when he needed stitches just before he was a year old. After those huge hives from the latex gloves, the disposable diapers started giving him little welts (hives) where the elastic on them were. I finally made the decision to switch and I've been pleasantly surprised at how easy and wonderful cloth diapering is. It doesn't take that much more time and it saves so much money.

I think I'll cloth diaper any future children from the get go.

So, how about you? What's your thought on cloth diapering?? Do you think those who do are crazy? I know I did until I became one of them. Do you think you could ever cloth diaper??

I used to think that it was hard and yucky, but with all of the two in ones and things like that it is seeming better and better. I will definately try it. If I like it I will do it for all of my children.

I have thought about it before, but like you it just seems yucky to me or something. I don't think it is crazy, but just not sure I want to do it. Glad you found something to help your boy though.

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever cloth diaper unless I'm forced to, like you were. The thought isn't a pleasant one for me.

I would absolutley LOVE to cloth diaper!! BUT, we're renting my parents basement and only get to do laundry 1 day a week. So I don't think it would work out have 2 kids in cloth, and only being able to wash once a week. But maybe after we get our own place I will!
