~193.4 this morning (probably too much sodium yesterday)
~I did 65 minutes of Cindy Crawford's Next Challenge Workout.
~My meals fit into my calories today, but I have a feeling I won't see a loss tomorrow, as they were full of sodium. Dinner, which I usually like, didn't sit too well with me either.
~I am going to try and be good on Easter, but I have four meals. I might have ONE peanut butter egg, but that should be it on the candy. However, if I do have a few more, I know I'll just have to work it off.

Exercise for 4/2-4/26:
Here's my plan, but I don't have these assigned to specific days since it'll depend on how I feel.
5 days of 30DS Level 3
Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2
Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3
Stability ball exercises
Exercise bike and stepper
Pilates or Yoga
One of my Biggest Loser dvds (not sure which one yet)


4/19
~not feeling 100% yet from sinus infection or whatever it is
~weighed in at 190.8 this morning
~plan on doing either Cathe Step or 30DS Level 3 today
~bought my new shoes!
