So I guess heres my info:

Height: 5'6"
Current Weight: 180 lbs
Amount needed to lose: 30+ lbs
Goal: lose 1-4 lbs each week.
Health Conditions: Pinched nerves in my back

I guess im going to be starting my diet on sunday. heres my diet plan, and I guess ill give myself diet points for achieving my goal each day and ill reward myself if i achieve a certain amount each week.

Calories allowed per day : 1,200-1,800 (3 points)
Exercise per week: A total of at least 2 hours (5 points)
Amount of Sodas: NO MORE than 2 per day (-1 for every soda)
Amount of Water: 8 cups a day (2 points)

If I get 32 points, I reward myself with a choice of ANYTHING in the store, guilt free, and doesnt count as a part of my diet.
