i'm 2 months pp and ready to get my body back. scared out of my mind, quite honestly for the fact that i was trying to do that before and then found out that in the past month i've gained about 4 lbs back and i don't know how. but i'm trying my best to put that behind me, and keep trying. i'm about to go get weighed, so that i can have the most up to date number on the scale at the store i always go to to get weighed. i will update this when i get home and hopefully have a picture up as well to keep track.

the scale said 162 lbs i did a 10 min postnatal bootcamp video workout this morning along with a 30 minute walk. here are my pictures that i had my fiance' take this morning.

Dtd with eric...lmao ik tmi and not really considered exercise but its calories burned nonetheless. Leaving in a couple minutes for my daily walk.


ended up not taking my walk because eric told me it wont help and I got discouraged. So mad at myself for letting it stop me. Determined to go tomorrow.

omg, its been 2 weeks without a workout. i feel guilty. i feel like it means i'm not serious about losing the weight. i want to, but i'm feeling so down!!! ughh...i have tomorrow off from work. i HAVE to get back on track!

things have been so insane lately. eric is back to work, i'm still working, and haven't exercised in forever. i'm really disappointed in myself for it, but i feel discouraged when i get on the scale and dispite all i do, i've still gained weight. i feel overwhelmed and i don't know where to even begin now.
