Starting weight today, May 22nd = 155.6 lbs

I just completed Day 2 of counting calories. Tomorrow morning I will try to weight myself to see if I have made any progress.

I feel so empowered when i get to the end of the day without exceeding my calories for the day!!

Weight the morning = 154.4

I've lost a little over a lb
