time to get back on track with logging my food!

Starting today.

December 2

breakfast: nature valley granola bar, honey and oats 2 cups hot tea, 220 calories

lunch: 1 cup steak, potato cheese soup with a chicken ceasar salad (no crutons light dressing little bit of parm cheese, about .5oz chicken) 368 calories

dinner: home made chicken and broccoli over rice, 511 calories

snacks: apple, 78 calories a slice of homemade white bread, 100 calories, tortilla chips 140 cals

total calories for the day: 1417

calorie goal for the day: 2119

exercise calories: 619

lunch: 1 cup steak potato and cheese soup 200 cals


dinner: mini sausage pizza 700 cals


snacks: slice of homemade white bread with peanut butter, 390 cals banana 105 cals

total calories for the day: 1947

calorie goal for the day : 2090

exercise calories: 590

lunch: homemade chicken and broccoli over rice 386 cals

dinner: 2 thin slices of homemade bread toasted with butter, special K brown sugar cinni pasty crisp 285 cals

snacks: special k cereal bar 90 cals

total calories for the day: 1638

calorie goal for the day: 2109

exercise calories: 609

lunch: 1 cup chicken, broccoli and potato soup with a slice of homemade white bread with butter 325 cals

dinner: bbq crock pot pork ribs, mixed veggies, white rice 669 cals

snacks: banana, pasty crisps, 205 cals

total calories for the day: 1475

calorie goal for the day: 1793
exercise calories: 293
