Diet: Breakfast - Monster Low-Carb Energy Drink
Snack - Low Fat Yogurt
Lunch - 1/2 turkey sandwich with fat-free cheddar, 1 peach
Snack - 1/4 cup trail mix
Dinner - Chef Boyardee Spaghetti

Exercise: Yoga - 30 min.

1/30/2007 - Weight: 204.5, down 1.5 from yesterday!

Diet: Breakfast - Jimmy Dean Pancake/Sausage stick - 220 Cal.
Snack - (4) Hershey kisses - 115 cal.
Lunch - (3) Spinach/Artichoke Bites - 190 cal.
(1) Hard-Boiled Egg - 70 Cal.
Snack - (4) Hershey Kisses - 115 cal.
Dinner - Turkey Stew w/stuffing - 450 cal.
Dessert - (4) Hershey Kisses! - 115

Total: 1275 Calories

Exercise: Pilates Ring - 30 min.

1/31/2007 - Weight: 203 - down 1.5 from yesterday

Diet: Breakfast - Breakfast Burrito - 270 cal.
Lunch - Turkey/Cheese Sandwich - 210 cal.
(1) Dill Pickle Spear - 5 cal.
Cheese Crackers - 150 cal.
Dinner - 2 cups Turkey Chili/5 Saltines = 480 cal.
Dessert/Snack - (4) hershey kisses
Total = 1230 Calories

Exercise: Yoga - 20 minutes

02/01/2007 - Weight: 203 (same as yesterday)

Diet - Islands - fish tacos/fries - 1400 calories (yikes!)
