I have alot of things that is motivating me to lose this weight and to make this last !

1. i need to be a role model for my dd who has type 1 diabetes. i don't want her seeing me eat unhealthy things. i don't want her to think that eating junk is good.
2. My life depends on it. i am at risk for diabetes and a numerous list of health issues.
3. I want my confidence back.
4. I want to be at a healthy weight again so when dh finally gives in to ttc i can be READY !!!!!!!!

As far as diet is concerned i know so much about weight watchers that it doesn't make any sense. i've gotten to the point where i know most of the points for foods by heart and i can guess at a food and be right majority of the time. i'm comfortable with weight watchers plan. At the moment i'm doing everyones most hated 'south beach". But i'm doing my version of it. I plan on switching back to WW and possibly during the core plan in a week or so ! i will most likely stick with weight watchers until i reach my goal weight !

Step 1 of this divorce process-

Realization that this isn't going to work for me. I can't wear what i want to wear any more. I can't have any peace because (my fat) is always on me lol. i tried to talk with (my fat) but he's stubborn. He says that he doesn't want to leave without a fight. So i decided to start to cut back on the treats and increase my activity !

1. 5% off - 191.3 -
2. 10 % off - 181.2 -
3. 15% off - 171. 1 -
4. 20% off - 161.1-
5. 25% off - 150. 0 -

Exercise Plan for the week of Feb. 23, 2008

MWF - 30-45 MIN. Mod. Cardio
Arms & Abdmonial exercises 2 sets of 20 for each

Tuesday, Thursday
Strength Training - (Glutes & abdominals)

Saturday & Sunday
Some type of exercise that i find fun (belly dancing, dance aerobics etc.)
