I'm so excited! If you're from Maine, or maybe other parts of New England, then you've probably heard of Marden's - it's a discount and salvage store.

Anyway, the one near my parents has 100% cotton velour/terry fabric (velour on one side, terry on the other for $3.99 a yard! And in a bunch of colors! My dad made some pocket inserts out of the white, which seem to be working well, and I've bought more fabric in white, pink, and royal blue to make fitteds, inserts, or whatever.

Just wanted to share my excitement!

ooo that IS really exciting!!! Reminds me i need to go to our local fabric store because they have a bunch of kids prints & cottons for $3 and $5 a metre (urm. no idea in yardage!)...
