I took andrew yesturday to get a scratch test. Poor kid they scratched him 8 times on the back... He is allergic to Peanuts and eggs badly, he is also allergic to cats and dogs.. I have to take him back in two weeks to get more tests done. Poor baby, poor mama I had to hold him down. I wanted to cry myself...

I really need to get one done for Damen - we do know he is allergic to peanut butter (had a reaction to it a couple of weeks ago, ate it and shortly after he had welts come up on his tongue), i just can't bring myself to put him through that.
I have had the tests before, for for kids (he is 3 1/2) what do they do?

My Ryan has had these many times, usually 12 to 20 scratches at a visit starting when he was 2.5. Amazingly he always did pretty good but at times did cry. Of course I promised him that chocolate milkshake from mcdonalds when we were finished and that helped alot! trying giving a reward for such bravery! It will make you feel better to!
