How active is your LO? I try to keep both kids active throughout the day and Lily was doing gymnastics as well. She just dropped it though because of some issues, but I'm wondering how important it is to keep them in a sports type class at this age (basically 3). Just normal activity at home, the park, etc should be enough, right?

My 5 year old is in a homeschool bowling league, and he has physical therapy weekly. We also go to the park when the weather is nice in the fall & spring. Otherwise we don't do much. My 2 year old doesn't have any organized activities yet, but he's extremely active, so he'll probably do something like soccer soon.

I think that as long as she is getting lots of time outdoors and doing various types of activities on a regular basis and having fun, you don't have to worry much about it much. There are lots of others ways she can still be very active, like biking, swimming, playing tag in the park, etc.
Thank you Jaydinsmum for my amazing siggy!
