From reading your posts it seems that your numbers in the U.S. are different than what we have here in Canada.

For example for Kevin anything below 4 is a low and anything above 13 is a high.

I read that 57 is a low for you but in turn that is extremely high here.

what levels do you go by?? we measure mml/L

In the US, we use mg/dl.
