My husband actually made our recipes for this week I don't "DO" the bbq in our house, I thaw the meat, prepare the marinades, and look up cooking times.

He just got a new charcoal grill/smoker and was excited to use it.
We made grilled pineapple and grilled chicken. He didn't use any wood chips with this one just straight charcoal.
We cut the pineapple in spears and coated with Olive oil and grilled.
The Chicken I coated with Olive oil and Himalayan crystal salt and butchers black pepper. This was basted with Store bought bbq sauce (I got lazy and was in a hurry) I usesd two skin oil chicken breasts and two skin on thighs with legs attached
To cook from start (starting the coals) to finish was just over an hour. We were starving and I was cranky due to my husband leaving the zinc cream out which Orion got into...
I almost forgot to take pictures!

This is his new BBQ, we bought the optional smoke box too, Smokin Pro Model #1224
