This is a pretzel sandwich. After cooking the prezel cut it in half. Thn spread mustard on half. Layer ham on the bottom, then cheese on top. Wrap in foil and bake for 10 additional minutes until the cheese is melted.

MMM, that pretzel sandwhich looks really good, I think I might make some pretzels for us.
So I took made something great out of little bits of frozen veg, canned goods and zuchinni (Which my mother in law gave me a bag full of, I puposely didn't grow any this year so I wouldn't have the WTH do I make with all this boring squash moment)

So I made a yummy stew type thing.

Pretty much I just sautted an onion and garlic, then added
- Diced zuchini
-Diced frozen butternut squash
- chopped frozen green beans
- Dried mushrooms rehydrated in chicken broth
-Italian spices, salt and pepper
- Can of diced tomatoes (a big can)

I cooked these in a pan with the lid on for about 20 min, then stirred in a drained can of lentils and cooked for 15 more minutes.
Served on a bed of brown and wild rice.

It was a great way to use up all the frozen bags of veg with a little bit left. We are moving so I am trying to cook from the freezer as much as possible.

Beau is now dairy free and I was worried about probotics for him but I wasn't wantning to give him pills or anything. I foubnd some very expensive coconut milk yogurt. But I couldn't get him to eat it off a spoon and eatting by hand was just messy. So i took an idea from pintesert and put the yogurt into a zip lock bag snipped the corner and made dots and froze them. He thought he was getting the best treat ever!
