Colton started preschool today, and I know there are some school aged kids here, so I thought we could do a first day of school photo share.

Getting ready to walk to school.

The first thing he finds to play with is a firetruck, of course.

Sorry the pictures are crummy. I can't get him to sit still long enough for my crappy camera to focus.

He had a really great day. So good, in fact, that he had a complete meltdown when it was time to go home. He absolutely did not want to leave preschool. I think the first few days are going to be rough on him. Not wanting to leave when school is done, but hopefully he'll get the picture soon that he will continue to go back to school every school day. He still hasn't stopped talking about it.
