Have you ever adopted an animal??

I adopted our old cat - Fluffy, and am looking at getting another cat after seeing how much Emersyn adores my parents new cat!

Yes, our dog Joe is "adopted". We got Jasmine from a breeder. They're both labs, and they're great doggies!

Gracie was a rescue. The person getting rid of her was just going to drop her off at a shelter. Gracie was 5 at the time so she would have been unadoptable. She origionally was a companion dog at a nursing home so she really is a good dog.
Thank you peimum for my beautiful siggy.

My 2 childhood cats were adopted. My current cat Binks came from the shelter. When I bought the house I went in and told them to pick me out a black cat that was having trouble getting adopted they gave me him. Hes been a PERFECT fit.
I also adopted my dog Tucker. He was one of my fosters (the only foster I ever kept) and I just felt soooo bad for him I couldnt let him go. He had lived chained up outside his entire life and then in a shelter for 9 mos and was so clueless to life it was very sad. You would never know it now!

at the shelter..

Thank you jaidynsmum for my siggy!
