Ok, Mommies, are any of YOU dressing up for Halloween? I am-I'm going to be a cowgirl to go along with Meghan's horse costume (she's finally settled on something to be) and I'm going to tell people I've roped a filly, LOL.

Also, are you going trick or treating, or out to parties, or what? I was going to take her trick or treating around my MIL's neighborhood, but MIL has been sick in the hospital, and I don't know when she will be home.

I found a fun event at the library that we're going to go to instead.

So far, I'm not planning on dressing up... although we might hit up the costume store this weekend and pick through what's left. I wanted to be a piece of fruit to go with Jenny's "Very Hungry Caterpillar" costume, but they didn't have any at the store, and I wasn't feeling motivated enough to make her costume AND mine.

We are planning on trick-or-treating. My in-laws will be in town, so we will probably drive to one of the neighborhoods nearby (our neighborhood is all 2-acre lots, so everyone leaves for the evening). I am not sure how long we will stay out, but I am determined to force my 1-year-old to demand candy for her parents!!!!!!

I'm not dressing up, but DH is. He will be a fire fighter with DS. There aren't any costumes here except for a few baby bunting ones at safeway, so we were out of luck this year. DH *is* a fire fighter, so he already has the 'costume'.
