I went to get in the shower and heard Miles going nuts and the kids of course woke up screaming. That german shepard next door got out of the back yard again and was at my front door!! Barking at my dog through the window. Then he went in my back yard.

I actually said something to the owner a couple of days ago about the last time he got out and she just kind of blew it off, like yeah sometimes the gate latch comes loose.

The owner finally heard me yelling for her dog because I was trying to coax him back into his backyard, throwing balls (because he stole one of Miles balls, a stuffed soccer ball which he had in his mouth, seriously though if that is what it takes to get him back in his yard, he can have it)

He is great around them, but other people is very very weary of, and like I said before I am a dog person, but I know with this dog not to mess with him until he is comfortable with you. Who knows what he went through before they rescued him.

The blinky is clickable!!

Seriously I think it is time to be a b#$%^. She has to know that this is not acceptable. There are ways to keep latches closed and kids safe.

I would call animal control next time he gets out. This has been going on for years and the owner obviously doesn't care that her dogs get out and are a nuisance to others. Maybe her having to pay a fine to get her dog back will finally make her secure her gate.
