Does your 06er get his/her own snacks or do you have a planned snack time? What are his/her favorite snacks these days?

Snack times are 10am & 3pm, even my 15 year old appears downstairs at these times
Fruit is usually top of her list for her morning snack(along with her advent calendar chocolate at the moment), home baking is usually the afternoon snack or goldfish (thankfully we can now buy them in our local supermarket and I don't have to order them from a US grocery site any more)

He gets it after lunch around 3pm (I think they may do a snack at school I'm not sure, but we only have time in the day at home to do it once a day) and he is told he has to ask and can't help himself or he'll eat everything then not eat dinner. Its usually yogurt, apple, orange, or berries, sometimes veggies if we have some.
