No, nothing planned as of right now. Some years we have taken a trip to Florida (my grandparents own a house there that is empty at that time) but I don't know that we will be doing that this year since are finances are tighter now. I would rather wait and do a summer trip.

God help me, we are still planning on our usual trips to the Kansas side of John's family for Thanksgiving and the Nebraska side for Christmas. We recently took a trip just to Kansas City to meet up with some folks and it was a terrible disaster, culminating for Andrew in a 3 hour screamfest of a drive and for Danny in, um, letting himself out of the hotel room while DH slept, and out of the hotel, and getting found and taken to the hotel next door (thank GOD) until I came back from breakfast with Eric and realized & reported him missing.

Needless to say, I'm not looking forward to the trips this year.

Thank you Jaidynsmum for the siggy!

We will be on vacation over Thanksgiving. Being gone then makes tolerating Christmas with family much more bearable.

We never do, our family is all local (1-hour drive to in-laws, but we still consider that local). Well, there are more close relatives but in different countries!

No we went on our trip (first in 2yrs) to Nebraska to visit my family and say good bye to my aunt (she died of stage 4 melanoma the day we came back home, she was 37) back at the end of July/early August. All our family except my mom and 2 brothers, live in South Dakota, Nebraska, Texas or California and thats too far and too much to do from way up here.
