What is a typical meal for your toddler? Does she/he usually have 3 meals or more?

It varies depending on if dh or I get it for her. lol

She eats three meals a day plus snacks.
She usually has a side of fruit, a side of veggies, and whatever main course we're eating at the time.

breakfast is normally dry cereal and a cup of milk or some type of fruit. Sometimes we do eggs (maybe once a week) but he is kinda iffy on them.

lunch is normally chicken nuggets with a cheese stick and some grapes, a pb&j and a cheese stick, ect.

dinner is whatever i make. normally some type of main dish and 1-2 veggies.

for snacks he does yogurt, cheese, grapes, granola bars, baby carrots with ranch, ect.

She eats breakfast at home, then a 9 a.m. snack at daycare; lunch at 11 - 11.30, after nap she snacks at 3 - 3.30 and then she might snack one more time before dinner.

I make sure she has a variety of fruits and veggies throughout the day. I like the color-coded list on Healthy Toddler Recipes, Recipes for Feeding Your Toddler- Toddler Menus, Toddler Foods, Toddler Lunch, Toddler Breakfast Ideas at wholesometoddlerfood.com and I try to make sure she eats some of each color. Of course the blues and purples are harder to eat every day, but I at least make sure she has blueberries and grapes a couple of times a a week.

Baby Caleb - born on Sept. 15, 11.31 pm, 8 lb. 15 oz.

3 meals and one snack a day.

Breakfast is usually oatmeal, PB toast, sometimes eggs.

Lunch is a sandwich, beans and brown rice and veggies.

Dinner is whatever we are having.

Snacks are fruit, vegetables, granola bars, crackers or pretzels.

I would be lucky to get 2 bites out of her. I'm struggling these days with food. She just doesn't wanna sit down and take the time to eat. She'd rather drink her milk.

Breakfast: 6 oz. milk, dry cereal, craisins, muffins, whatever is around. She hates eggs, oatmeal. She likes toast though.

Lunch: Usually Mac and Cheese or Spaghettios or Chicken nuggets with yogurt or peaches

Supper: Same as above, rice, mashed potatoes, corn, but once again, not eating as much as she should.

She drinks alot of milk. I'd say about 16-20 oz. per day, but I kinda like the idea of it b/c she's getting her vitamin D

Lena is a food hater....hates to eat! But I think she gets enough. She gets at least 2 full cups of whole milk a day

Breakfast: Cup full of milk, bowl of cereal (loves cereal, I dont give her sugary kinds, just rice crispies usually)OR sometimes eggs (but they are a 50/50 chance) and usually a banana if she is still hungry

Lunch: Pasta pickups and whatever fruit the babysitter gives her

Dinner: Not a big variety at all....kid loves raviolies and pasta tho, and I throw in veggies like green beans or peas, and another cup of milk

Snacks: Goldfish, fruit, rice cakes.....stuff like that
