I'm looking for a good site for Preston to play around on. He love moving the mouse around and clicking on things and watching how the keyboard does. Remember he is only 2 years old.

Liam started playing around with the computer around 2.5. At that time, he started out with Starfall's Learn to Read with phonics

Now, he also likes the PBS sites
PBS KIDS: Educational Games, Videos and Activities For Kids!
PBS KIDS Sprout | Coloring Pages, Online Games, Videos, and Crafts for Preschoolers

the only ones we really do are the PBS games listed above and Sesame Street games which some are more complicated than others, I did notice last time we were on the Sesame Street one they had some newer games marked "for toddlers" so maybe they would be worth a try, not sure!

Does your son like listening to music/nursery rhymes?

I'm looking for some too. We don't use Adobe Flash, which rules out Starfall and the ones that come with his magazines.

We're using Proconn Latte

Easily block adult sites with the ProConn Latte addon for Firefox

to keep the nasties away and I like it so far, but I really wish it worked to filter YouTube.

I'm just leaving the defaults on to block the whole site and letting him watch on my Firefox profile if and only if I can supervise him.

He can read single words fluently and whole sentences when he wants to, so it's only a small step from here to C++.
